Book routine blood tests at the four mid Essex centres (at Broomfield Hospital, St Michael’s in Braintree, St Peter’s in Maldon and the Chelmsford Central Health Hub). You will need to pick up your blood test form from reception to bring to your appointment.
Please be aware, if you choose options other than the Mid Essex Centres there will be a delay in receiving your blood test results.
