The Practice offers our Patients the following services on-line:
- To book telephone appointments with a GP (appointments will be released the night before)
- Repeat prescriptions
- Summary of your records
Applications for on-line access and passwords will require 2 forms of ID (ONE OF WHICH MUST PHOTO ID).
Please see below acceptable examples of identification:
- Driving Licence
- Birth Certificate
- Utility Bill (dated within the last 3 months)

5-minute telephone consultations with a GP can be booked (subject to availability). These appointments are to speak to a GP only. It is not always necessary for you to see your GP face to face as they may be able to deal with your issues over the telephone. If however the GP requires you to have an examination they will book an appointment for you to come into the Surgery. Please consider that online appointments are to discuss one problem with a GP. If you have more than one problem to discuss please telephone the Surgery and explain this to the Receptionist.
The following appointments cannot be booked on-line:
- Health Checks,
- Driving and insurance Medicals
- Diabetic Reviews
- Treatment Room
- Minor Ops
- Blood Tests

Online bookings are monitored by the Practice for inappropriate use activity. The Practice reserves the right at any time to withdraw patients' use of this system in the event of this happening.
Parental access for your children's online account up until the age of 16 is offered. To apply, you will need to fill in an application form and show the birth certificate to Reception. You can print the application form from the documents below or obtain one from Reception. Once registration has been completed you will be able to book appointments and request repeat medication on their behalf.

You can undertake a symptom assessment through DoctorLink. The symptom assessment will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem. The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required at your GP practice, an email is automatically sent to the Practice, and you will then be contacted by the Practice Team, to arrange an appointment within the identified timeframe as outlined in the outcome of your symptom checker.
The information you provide is shared with our clinical team (where appropriate) and will assist in providing information of your problem to the appropriate clinical team member prior to your appointment.
