5-minute telephone consultations can be booked online via the internet.  These appointments are to speak to GPs only. The GP may be able to answer you query over the telephone but may ask you to come in to the surgery if indicated. You may only book a maximum of one appointment at any one time.

Online appointments are NOT for Health Checks, Driving and insurance Medicals, Diabetic Reviews, Immunisations, Treatment Room, Minor Ops, Smears, Dressings, Blood Tests and Coils. Online appointments are not bookable for the Practice Nurses or Health Care Assistants due to their clinics being varied with different time allowance for different procedures. You will need to speak to a Receptionist for these clinics so that you are booked into to see the most appropriate Clinician and an adequate time slot is booked.

Please remember that online appointments are to discuss one problem with a GP. If you would like to discuss more than one problem or need to be booked in for a specific clinic; please phone the surgery and explain this to the receptionist.

Online bookings are monitored by the Practice for inappropriate use activity.  The Practice reserves the right at any time to withdraw patients' use of this system in the event of this happening.

You can apply for access to your children's online account up until the age of 16.  To apply, you will need to fill in an application form and show the birth certificate to reception.  You can print the application form from the documents below or obtain one from reception.  Once access has been granted you will be able to book appointments and request repeat medication on their behalf.
