Please note that all telephone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.

To book an appointment online click here to access to on-line services,  or telephone the surgery:

01245 380324 between 8:00am -  6:30pm.

(On-Line GP telephone appointments are released at 6pm the night before, for the following day.)

All GP appointment requests are subject to an initial telephone consultation with a GP.  If after telephone consultation a GP requires you to be examined prior to making a diagnosis you will be given a face to face appointment with an appropriate Clinician.   Our receptionists may ask you for brief information so that they can signpost you to the most appropriate person to deal with your issues. The Receptionist will give you an approximate time when the Doctor will phone you back.

Telephone appointments are at 5-minute intervals. If you think you will need more time, please inform the Receptionists  as we are committed to providing adequate time and quality of care to every Patient. On occasions, Emergencies and other medical situations may cause surgeries to run late.  On such occasions, we appreciate our Patients patience.
Subject to availability, you may speak to your preferred GP.   Please inform the Receptionists who will try to accommodate your request.

Appointments with nurses and other clinical staff may be booked in advance in person or via the telephone subject to availability.

If you are unable to keep an appointment please telephone or text to cancel, so that your time may be offered to someone else in need.
To cancel an appointment you may use your online account or text your name, date & time of appt to: 07594715982

If you would like a chaperone present during consultation or examination, then please let Reception, your GP or Nurse know.

Please note that young children must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian when attending for a consultation. If any child is brought to the surgery by another person (i.e. Grandparent, Nanny) then written consent, signed by a Parent authorising medical treatment, will be required before a Doctor or Nurse can treat the child.
