Please telephone the surgery on 01245 380324 between 8:00am -  6:30pm or book online for a telephone appointment with a healthcare professional.

If you phone the surgery our receptionists will ask for further information so that they can help and direct you to the most appropriate person to deal with your query. When booking a telephone appointment with a doctor, you will be given an approximate time when the doctor will phone you back.

We offer telephone appointments at 5-minute intervals. If you think you will need more time, phone surgery and inform the receptionists when making the appointment. We are committed to providing adequate time and quality of care to every patient. Emergencies and other medical situations may cause surgeries to run late.

There is no restriction as to which practitioner you speak to at the practice, as the doctors provide cover for each other. If you need to speak to a particular doctor, please inform the receptionists who will try to accommodate your request.

If you are unable to keep an appointment please telephone or text to cancel, so that your time can be offered to someone else.

To cancel an appointment by text please send your name, date & time of appt to:

Sidney House use: 07594715982

If you feel your doctor thinks you need to come in to the surgery for an examination and would like a chaperone present, then please let the GP or Nurse know.

Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when attending for a consultation. If a child is to be brought to the surgery by another person (e.g. Grandparent, nanny) then written consent, signed by a parent authorising medical treatment, will be required before a doctor or nurse sees the child.
